Who will carry out the cleaning for me?

Textile cleaning and disinfection are performed by trained and experienced in-house personnel. We do not work with external personnel.
What time will the cleaning be performed?

All our services are conducted either at 10:00 in the morning or at 14:00 in the afternoon, from Monday to Friday. In any case, you will always receive an email confirming the scheduled time.
How do we carry out the cleaning?

The service is performed manually using state-of-the-art suction, injection, and extraction technology. We utilize professional products to effectively remove stains, ensuring guaranteed cleaning and disinfection. After our cleaning and disinfection treatment, it is advisable not to use the sofa, carpet, or mattress for the following two hours.
How can I make payment for the service?

You can conveniently pay using your card. It's a secure payment method. You will receive a payment confirmation and receipt via email.
Should I stay home while they do the cleaning?

It is mandatory that you be at home to receive our employee at the time of service confirmation.
